Is A Fraud! Overdraft fees, Stop payment fees! Phoenix

I have been a customer with Bank of America for quite sometime. My account has often dipped into the negatives and that is because I am young and often irresponsable with my finances. But this time Bank of America took it a bit too far. I admit to being in the wrong when they charged me a $35 overdraft fee for a $2.75 check but when I requested a stop payment on a automatic bill payment I had been making for over a year the bank charged me a $28 fee. I'm fine with fees, if I deserve them. The reason for this complaint is that not only did they charge me a fee but they allowed the check to process. The check that processed was for $55 putting me in the negative by $14.
