Poor Service - Service fees

I have had a terrible experiance with Bank of America. First they ran a stopped payment check. That ended up costing me over $400.00. Guess what Bank of America left it on my credit report as unpaid. Every chance they had to cause me to have an insufficient fund Bank of America would. After the fact i was told ba a csr of Bank of America, if you put this much in then you want have a overdraft fee, not only that a csr of Bank of America had me driving into 3 different counties to deposit my money, because the one I bank at wasn't working. I litterly was on the road for about 2 hours trying differant branches and none of them worked or they was already closed. Example: Hixson, Tn. Was one of the locations i was told by a csr, of Bank of America to drive to and put the money in guess what; CLOSED!!! I made two other stops and by then I was out of gas and out of my mind, trying to keep them from charging me alot of fees. I am very disgusted with them.
