Ripoff, RUDE AND EVIL mistreated and ripped off

I have never experience nothing like I have experience with Fairbanks Capital corp. I almost lost my home, I was overcharged fees. I was charged 9.85 everytime they sent a letter to my home. My mortgage was never posted ontime no matter which way I did it. If I mail it two weeks ahead It never got posted on time. They was very rude, You might get one who would try to work with you but you took a chance. I have been hung up on by these people. It has been a living nightmare. I had a man come out taking pictures of my home. I don't understand how the state is letting these people get away with the way they handle there customers. It has never gone right ever since they took my mortgage over. I pay my own insurance and they set an escrow on my account without consulting me. My insurance was paid up for the year. I would like to send this message to anyone out there dealing with these people: GET OUT BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR HOME!!! And they will destroy your credit.
