Payments Mailed on Time but Letters Say Payment Not Received or Posted

Monthly payments being sent to Fairbanks Capital Corp. in a timely manner however I receive letters from the company stating my payment has not been received or posted by the due date. They mail me notices stating if they do not receive my payment they will pursue foreclosure review.

When I call to speak with one of the company associates I continue to get conflicting answers of when my payment was actually posted.
