Ripoff charges for home owners insurance even when you prove you have it already ripoff

I have been charged $1770.00 for home owners insurance by fairbanks capital corp when I have had my home owners insurance for over 20 years with state farm. I just recently refinaced to get away from fairbanks but when it was time for them to give an amount for a payoff they included the 1770.00. After i had proven i had insurance.

Also they charged 4000.00 for misc. Fees when i refinaced on top of the 7000.00 they charged for pre payment penalty. I'm taking them to court. This company has ripped people off, and its time to do something about them. Also everytime you call you get a different person who tells you something else then the last person you talked to. For some reason they never recieve any faxes or letters you may send them providing info they have request. I mailed them proof of insurance 3 times and faxed twice. But they never recieved anything.
