Ripoff Stole my money and got nothing

They took Over two hundred dollars then rejected me for their package and want to keep "reporting" fee and all the money. They Blocked my Phone.

10/1/02 Freedom Resources removed two hundred twenty-one ($221.00) from my checking account on the premise they would send me a credit card that would be good for $5000.00. After I didn't hear from them I called and they said they were having printing problems and I would receive it in 15 to 21 working days. I was told that on two subsequent calls in the 15 to 21 days range. Finally after repeated calls, I began to get a message block on the phone "Message One D 12". I couldn't get through to them so I went to the Internet and began searching and came up with their e-mail address, street address and other phone numbers. On one of my last calls a lady asked me for my phone number and after I told her, I heard a click and then came the "Message One D 12". I was treated with unneeded rudeness when I asked for my refund. I was sent a sheet that stated they would return my money minus $24.95 due to "administrative processing cost". There is no account number on the form and it is just a ploy to get the $24.95, which I truly believe was the intent in the first place. I base this reasoning on the fact that this past week, I received another refund letter but the name at the top of the refund form was for GONZALO MARTINEZ. I still have both forms. I believe that they have taken in enough $24.95's on top of their regular business to make quite a profit, or then, again, it maybe the way they work completely. They have been very rude and I would rather give that money to a cop than let them have it. I am a 58 year old disabled Viet Nam Veteran on a meager pension.
