Fairbanks Capital Corp
Homeowners Insurance Paid 26 Days Late From Escrow, Causing Coverage Lapse

Business & Finance

Fairbanks Capital Corp. was 26 days late in paying the homeowners Insurance from our escrow account, causing a lapse in insurance coverage. This prompted a letter from Fairbanks Capital advising us of all the bad and terrible things they could do to us. This has cause uncountless stress which has been brought on by Fairbanks Capital Corp. And their slow processing of this very important transaction. Their customer service department was no help in this matter. To make matters worse, we are in the process of selling this property and fear the worst as we proceed.
