Nsf fees ridiculous

I have had nothing but problems with Bank of America lately. Recently i had charges on my account that I had no idea where they were from, I disputed them with Bank of America, they removed them from my account a week later, they were debited from my account again, making me go into the negative... Which of course put about 3 other charges into negative also, and at $35 a charge, that turned into a nightmare. When I called customer service, they are of absolutely no help. I don't understand why a bank would take money out of a account when I'm sure they can see that the money is not there.
