ACH Fee on New Account Left Balance Negative While Loan Pending

I recently opened an account with Bank of America, and then applied for a loan from a loan company and was approved. Well little did I know Bank of America charges a ACH fee. Now my bank account is negative $19.00 and my loan amount is yet to be posted!!! I don't know who these people think they are, but this is not their money to play with. If there is any way around this nonsense, would someone please let me know
