Ripoff Someone stole my identity then Bank of America put a 8,000, 000 hold on my account

Someone started using my creidt card to pay their bills in March. I called Bank of America so they can a hold or either close the account. They stated they could not since the account was in negative.
Though they stated they could not close the account, they continued to allow charges to go through. The charges reached close to $10,000. They still would not close the account. I even talked to the corporate office and they stated they will close it. To this day, my account is still negative $8,000, 000. I've cut all ties with B of A.
