A business cell phone was left on the counter there and we called up there and a lady answered the BOA number and told me certain things on my cell phone. I couldn't make it up there so I had a co-worker go up there and they had to go through the drive through because the lobby had closed. The manager of the drive through didn't know what was going on and kept saying we must have been at another location because the tellers would have told her before they left. We went up there today and they say that no one knows about the phone and that we did not speak to any lady about the phone up there. These people are freaking crazy liars and theives!
