Bank of America are bunch of liars and theives. They held me resposible for a check that was written to me and the person didn't have the funds in their bank. That was thier responsiblity to clear the check in my bank account after clearing it with that person's bank. They lied about charges they charged to my account. I wouldn't open up an account with a dead person there. They are the worst bank to do business with. If you want a bank to trust in, please don't use them. They are cruel and they lie a lot. Their own employees talks about how they are cruel and that they are a buncj of liars. It takes forever for your money to show in your account after you deposit it. Bank Of America you suck!!
