My 16 year old son opened an account with B of A without my permission. He went over his account balance on several transactions using his debit card, a total of 35.00 and now the bank wants 395.00 from him for overdraft fees. Why are they allowing him to charge something when there is no money there??? This is crazy, Bank of America are thieves praying on young people. Why can they enter into contracts with minors, but others cannot!? This is ridiculous. Bank of America is just bad news!!!
