Out of Control ripoff Phoenix

This Company is out of Control! Something needs to be done. Washington Mutual THE COMPANY FROM HELL! Makes you think you are crazy! They bought out my loan last January from Fleet.

Up to then my credit way perfect. These made it easy to waite until then end of the month to make your payments by phone and they won't be late. What they don't tell you is that you have no record to prove you pay it before the month is over. The your checks is cashed the next month around the 6 or 7th which makes you look late. Then they lose your payment and make you think you never made them.

Once they have trashed your credit with fulse reporting they have you because you can not refinance. They sent my last payment back and now they say I have to pay them 7,900.00 NOW! I have made my payments and they have signed for them!

If I don't pay this they are going to sell my house. They won't answer my calls and I have not been able to talk to anyone over the age of 25. I have my life savings it! Don't let them get away with this!

help! Run from this company and if you have a loan with them get rid of it before it is too late.
