Washington Mutual Card Services told me if i bought insurance i could skip payment

Was charged late fee for not having payment in buy 3rd of month when i set it up for the 7th they lost my statement saying so. Got that correced. They talked me in getting insurance said i could skip a payment. So i did last month so they could correct account. Now they say i cannot do that. So now they say my payment is late so they have called me from 4 different states waking me up in the morning and late at night. So i called them got it strate. But it did not stop the harassment they keep calling i keep telling them that i allready talked to someone but it makes no differants. Is there no way to stop the harassment. I have sent emales to them does not help. What can i do to stop the harassment.
