Has no sense of customer service!

Signed up for the program did what we were suppose to do knowing if the system didn't work there was a refund policy.

After a few weeks of calling the leads and seeing that the borrowers have been called, already refinanced or already been told numerous times they can't be helped, called David to explain that the leads seemed old, he said let me check it out and I will get back to you. Well three days go by I call back leave a message and email and wait two more days then call him myself. I told David that this is not what we signed up for and I want to close the account he informs me that the account has to reviewed by Vince and that he would call me back. Hmmmm another week goes by I have to call back again to be told that my account is next to be looked at by Vince I will hear from him by the end of the day. Of course I have to call back the next day and was told by David that he walked into Vince's office and he was on the phone and he pointed to my name and Vince gave him the ok sign and he was going to call me as soon as he gets of the phone. Next day call back Vince gets on the phone explains that he has five to ten more minutes of review of the account and he will call me back by the end of the day, well here we go again end of business day and no call back.

I decided to do some searching on the net and found a post here that is exactly whom I am dealing with and the same situation. Amazing that people can do business like this.

No communication no sense of customer service. Do your homework before signing up for their services.
