I purchased a body kit for my car on ebay from vince robertini. I never received my item. Vince told me he would give me a refund b/c grayhound lost the package. Vince hasnt provided me a refund.in the add on ebay he said it was insured. He then continued to tell me he didnt isure it through the company Grayhound he shipped it through. Vince is now ignoreing all my phone calls and e-mails.
