RiPoFf did not follow customer request

The Customer Service refused that I already made the deposit that i want to post for next month. However I already paid for this month. All of Suddely that My account is closed and my 75.00 already gone thur that is made deposit that i expect to buy something but I am stuck. However The GetSmart closed and sold to Card Sercie Center. I am stuck with 75.00 that i was expect. Then I called and ask for that 75.00 to cover for Next month. They cant do that. It is my money i pay to much and i was exepct to bring to next month but i cant do that. I was piss off and i keep call but nothing to change it. I will not give up until it is resolved. I plan to call all day even every one hours until this isse is resolved.
