After receiving a charge on my credit card from this company and then after I sent an email to give me a refund for a service I never ordred - and stop charging my card

Please also note that under Refund Policy of License Agreement you accepted during service purchase we are supposed to refund any customer only if he/she faces technical issues with purchased service which can not be resolved with the help of customer support service.

Billing Center Online Customer Support

It all started from filling out a small $2.99 Subscription fee at a web site that allows you to down load programs. However once you pay this fee there are no programs you asked for on the site.

So then you conacte their billing center via email for help to get a $2.99 refund - they start charging you $29.95 a month. A TOTAL SCAM~!!!

THERE IS NO SERVICE for anything - its just a total scam - BEWARE!!!
Don't bother calling the numbers you get a recording that never call you back.

They hide behind their domain and emails.

They are however brave enough to keep writing you via email - but will never give you their address / Company name / Location etc - Only the phone numbers that go no-where.

Can't the US Government stop these people?

Still trying after 2 months to resolve this issue with my bank - They are VERY LITTLE help.
