Cricket Cell Phone Service Center
Ripoff

I went to the cricket center and was told that for $99.95, i would receive my phone and one month free service. After receiving the phone and finding out it was a cheap phone that did not work properly i went back to the center to cancel my new account because of the phone and their terrible customer service.

After spending over an hour there, they finally credited my account. They charged me for the time i spent trying to get the phone to work properly which i never did. A week later i received a bill for $160.00. Try to contact someone at 1-800-cricket, it is a joke! There is no way to get a live person. I will now have to go to the center and wait for another hour to tell me i do not owe the $160.00. The bill didn't even add up to $160.00.

Cricket is the worse company that i have ever dealt with. Please if anyone reads this do not go with cricket. I hope i can get this phoney bill resolved but based on their customer servie, i doubt that it will ever be resolved
