Ripoff, fraudulent charges

I found that My Perfect Credit has been charging my credit card for 3 months at a rate of $9.95 per month.

I called their toll free number and it is a contracted call center that has nothing to do with the actual company. My Perfect Credit is a web operatin only, no company customer service, I say, report to the Nevada authorities!

They only communicate with My Perfect Credit via e-mail and will not give out details as to how to reach them.

I spoke with someone who claims to be the owner of the call center after much screaming and being put on hold/disconnected. She could not really help me.

My Perfect Credit purchased Clear Credit of which I was a memeber about two years ago. My Perfect Credit decided to re-active (a canned statement from the call center) all old accounts in "error"

They said someone would review my account and let me know what they are going to refund me.

No commitment and speaking to the call center makes no difference because they are not My Perfect Credit and obviously have been scripted as to what to say.

I have reported My Perfect Credit to the BBB and my credit card company. I wanted to post here and anywhere so that if people do an internet search they wil find all of the negative reports about My Perfect Credit and Clear Credit.

Watch your credit card statements! These people are theives!!
