As they charge me a $ 25.00 dollars late fee plus a m. P of $ 37.00 dollars due by jan 16 and they recived it on jan 20 by mail so my next payent by feb 16 is $ 62.00 dollars now and it

As this is card service center in old bethpage new york and there payment center is in hicksville new york and i made sent in this month payment on jan 5 for the minimum payment due of $ 37.00 dollars as it was due by jan 16 and they got it by mail 3 /4 days later by mail and it is not my fault as i call them by the phone a few times because i just got a new bill for $ 62.00 dollars as they add a $ 25.00 dollar late fee charge due feb 16 and all they can say is that they are sorry but it cant be change so i have to pay $ 62.00 by feb 16 because they got this payment by mail late on jan20

As iam 73 years old and live on ss and ssi income and rental assistsance and food stamps as i only get this once month and in have a lot more bills and credit cards bills accounts to make payments on other then this card service center account
