H&R Block
Sign this quick dont worry about the fine print

My wife and I went to H&R Block to have our taxes done yesterday planning to get a RAL. My wife called today to find out the status and was told we were denyed the RAL and would have to wait 8-15 days for our return (which i am sure will be longer). After many phone calls we were told it was due to our credit. I cant understand why we werent told that this could happen and we were told that it is the fine print, the fine print on one of the pages shuffled by us by the person preparing the taxes. He sure spent time trying to get us to give H&R money for this and that though. What burns me up is that we were charged 300$ to have them prepare our taxes and be able to get the RAL and if we had known this would happen i would have done the taxes myself and e-filed them and saved 250$.

Now that the taxes have been submitted by H&R Block we cant do anything about it and are out 300$. The lady on the phone from H&R Block said on the brighter side we should get our check in less then 2 weeks. Brighter side? Dont see that as a brighter side as we were just ripped off $250 by them
