H & r block ripoff said cost was $19.95 charged $39.95 internet

I used the 2006 Premier TaxCut software to prepare my taxes on the H&R Block website. After clicking the link that very clearly stated the cost was $19.95, I took an hour or so to prepare my taxes.

When I got to the final page, the bill, it was $39.95!! I was very sure I hadn't chosen any add ons or extras. What a scam!!!
