Rip-off

Hr block is a ripoff, do not be fooled by "instant refund guarenteed "

I Recently went to hr block located in Harvey IL, hoping to get my taxes the next day or in 15 minutes. As I did the year before at a diffrent location of the same HR Block.

Well I got there was given the amount i am suppose to get refunded and i was told about $200.00 was going to be taken out of my check for tax prep and rapid refund. I called the automated system and it said I was approved filed and to call later to get date to pick up my check. I called later and the automated system said I was denied and to pick up my check within 11-17 days.

So I called the manager at the Harvey location, and she couldnt explain all she said is the bank has to approve you. I have had bad credit for 4 yrs. And in the process of filing BK.

So I couldnt understand why I did noit recieve the taxes faster. Well thats not all that pissed me off, but how I am completly being charged for an instant tax service fee of an extra $65.00,

If I would have filed my taxes with jackson hewitt I would have gotten my taxes instant at the same price. So dont go to hr block they have poor customer service, and prices!!!
