Scam you out of money

I have done my taxes at h&r block in bristol, va for 8 yrs. Now, until recently all has been a good experience. I had my taxes done this year and got an emerald card, due to the fact i need my money faster this year. I am a single dad and come across some hard times recently. I got a federal return of $3487.00 and paid for 1 to 2 day return. Well i have'nt recieved my money, so i called h&r block and spoke to a man who said i should get it within 5 days, last time i checked that's not 1 to 2 days! I paid $289.00 for this, i should have gotten my money today jan 17 at the latest.

The people at h&r block will tell what ever possible to get you off the phone, they will do your taxes, then when they're done they dont want anything to do with you any longer. I wouls suggest going elsewhere to anybody wanting to get their taxes done and getting a quick refund. They dont tell you all the details that you need to know when they are doing your taxes. Maybe thats why every year they are always hiring new people and having classes for tax people. These people will never do mine again i will go to a cpa first, plus they are quite a bit cheaper!!!
