Cant find my tax check after the IRS said that it has been deposited to their account

After several arguments with my wife about why I didnt want to do business with H&R Block, I gave in and took our taxes to them to have done. We met a gentelman, and he seemed to me that he was a few bricks shy of a load to begin with, but I went ahead and let him continue with the task at hand. After about an hour he was finished and told us how much we would be receiving for our refund. I was still not convinced that things were right. As it turned out I was correct in my assumptiion. I received an e-mail the following day saying that the IRS had excepted my refund and would be processing it and it would be direct deposited on March 4th. I spoke to H&R Block about when I would be receiving a check from them and they told me that they do not know where my check is. I have called them several times about this only to be told the same thing. We are sorry but your check didnt print and we dont know where it is. I have now been informed that they have until March 9th before they can do anything about it. The damn thing was issued on the 4th, but they are not going to tell me anything until the 9th. I should have listened to that little voice in my head and never gone to these idiots. I will not be using this service in the future, and I wouldnt recommenedanyone using H&R Block to have your taxes done.
