Scam and fraud!

In 7/06 I began a training course of building mortgage via a regional lender. Throughout the final of the coc mortgage we'd to find out some the mortgage centered on expenses. We did the mortgage for that total quantity that was nearly the 80% LTV that people required. Your inventor stated we're able to quit the draws as we achieved the 80% LTV... Which we did. We shut the mortgage without any PMI insurance. The mortgage was subsequently offered to Citimortgage and our first cost was 10/1/07. We obtained a letter declaring these were associated with their mortgage insurance provider of course if we'd an issue to create them a notice. I instantly published them a notice plus they delivered me a notice declaring I had been at 79.5% ltv and must be at 80PERCENT or less (which 79.5PERCENT is less) which if we desired to take it off we'd need to purchase another evaluation. I named, speaking with many customer support individuals who didn't understand what PMI was and lastly spoken to some supervisor who stated that she was sorry, because our LTV was 79.5% we'd to pay for mortgage insurance because it must be at 80%... (which produced no feeling at-all and he or she did not have it after I described).

Used to do not react to their notice okaying them to obtain an evaluation so that they delivered me another notice in November declaring I currently had a need to have an LTV of 65% or less which my present LTV is 79.6%... Therefore to be able to fall PMI I should purchase an evaluation. This really is equally illegitimate along with a client headache. Unsure what do at this time except to keep in touch with my inventor.
