Huntington National Bank
Refinance rip-off

Business & Finance

Was informed by Huntington Lender mortgage official our software to get a refinance was "accepted"-taken care of evaluation-posted all paperwork. For 5 weeks mortgage specialist assured people it had been okay. Following the 1st 3 months we'd to "decide" documents once we were informed the federal government transformed the applying. Which was after I noticed the "final expenses" had risen to $8000 on the $135,000 mortgage! Huntington had me start a bank account to "immediate pay" the mortgage. I never closed documents or place cash in to the consideration however they charged me $100 "facility"-they named my homeowners insurance organization and cx my plan and stated they "today contain the notice' however they never did-I'd to pay for overdue charge to re instate the insurance. I've repeatedly required the evaluation that I taken care of however they won't provide it in my experience or reply my calls or characters.

They made me along to be "thirty days overdue" when it was a"move a cost" at their lender PLUS THEY ACCEPTED IT

Steer clear-so unprofessional. The name business carrying it out named me after 60-days and explained the mortgage official "forgot to-order the evaluation" after I offered them $300. The appraiser was a detailed friend of the mortgage specialist-bank teller who exposed checking was a buddy as well as the insurance provider was related to them likewise. It's a disgrace our government provides these banks our cash plus they hoard it-may they "decay in heck"!
