Falsified mortgage documentation

Citimorgage approved falsified mortgage paperwork from my ex wife and today won't aid we with correct paperwork that I want to be able to clear my credit history. Our ex wife hadn't been spending the mortgage to get a house that people discussed which triggered the mortgage to become behind for all weeks. The judge purchase my ex wife to pay for back mortgage and also to get me out. Since the mortgage is current, I required Citimortgage deliver me paperwork declaring the mortgage was current. To no avail, used to do not get the files, they delivered me a duplicate of the contract enter they enter with my ex wife.
