Not paying off original mortgage

I had been informed by NYS Department of Bank that Give America was turn off by HUD.

I started a refinance with Give America (LA) in May up to now this mortgage hasn't been financed. I obtained all of the files for that mortgage process online (BusinessSpaces) on May 06. I taken care of the evaluation May 30, and had the evaluation performed in June. I obtained an acceptance notice from LA in july along with a notice from my house insurance provider declaring that Give America was the brand new mortgagee and that I was no further accountable for the statement.in July I approached LA since I still hadnot shut and was thinking exactly what the holdup was. I had been informed the mortgage was stopped due to credit problems. I questioned why I'd not been educated and was merely informed "I am sorry, I believed somebody named you". I had been subsequently recommended by Steve to reapply since the period of time for that software was terminated and was handed a brand new mortgage quantity. After fixing the problems on my credit I had been informed that I'd be final about the mortgage on April 26. A lawyer found my home on October 26 with the final files. My partner and that I had many concerns the lawyer responded after calling Give America. We shut and get the settlement declaration from EAM in November. Wells Fargo the initial bank hasn't been reduced however. And so I settled them on December 1st in the place of delivering my money to LendAmerica. I am unsure if it was the best move to make. Wells Fargo have 4 payoff estimates (July and March) required from Give America but no benefit. I had been informed by NYS Department of Bank that Give America was turn off by HUD
