NCO Financial - Jason Hetman Received a second "bill" stating that the scheduled payment is now due according to terms you arranged with our office!

When I received this second bill from this NCO group and read that I "agreed" to pay them this money. When I spoke with this bill collector Jason He stressed me out so bad and I was crying saying: " you ruined my holidays", and remember him chuckling! I was under such deress that I could not sleep, think straight, cook clean. Etc... I dont remember really fully telling them I would agree to pay this INVALID DEBT!!!

I called again on 12/31/07, they said this is in dipute and did not give me much more info except that they will no longer send me out any "bills" and that saying that I agreed to pay is not in the computer any longer! And, to write a letter which I did and sent it certified.

I still dont trust these nasty people. If you get such a invalid debt letter, please fight. It does seem like their "backing" off a bit, especially if your agressive back with them and know your "legal rights". If your gullible, like I was in the beginning, it will snowball into another matter.

Please, Please, Please, fight back and stay grounded...
