Ripoff WARNING: STAY AWAY from this ripoff credit card company

I applied for this credit card back in late March to early April. My credit line was for $250.00, but till this place was done with it I only had an available credit of $72.00. I used my card here and there and always made my payment on time.

Then in October they decided they were going to change the terms in my agreement effective November. I was told if I did not agree to the new terms to notify them in writing within 30 days. I did so and I cut up my credit card and sent it with the letter I wrote. I received a response the beginning of November stating they had received my letter and my account was closed. Everything seemed to be fine until on January's bill I started being charged a $3.00 account maintenance fee, which is the new terms I did not agree to, so I contacted First Premier Bank and was told that I did not check the box and send back with the bill payment that I did not agree to the new terms. I stated that there was no box to check that I had to send a letter and that I did so and I have the response to that letter right here in front of me.

Needless to say I have been fighting this company on this ever since. Now what they started doing is every time I call to ask why this charge is on my bill again they remove the charge only to put it back on again. They have even gone so far as to make it look like I'm using my card, which I no longer possess, so that they can keep charging me this $3.00 account maintenance fee. So I contacted my State Attorney General's office and reported them for this fraudlent practice. I guess they didn't expect me to keep proof of all this. So far as of this date I have not received a new bill.

Anyone out there who reads this I'm warning you to stay away from this company. They are bad news. They are scam artists who try to take advantage of innocent people. We have got to fight back and beat these scam artists.
