Rip me off for $762.90 for old debt now telephone is disconnected need letter stating paid ripoff

Received a call from ms. Isabell
telling she was from camco and that
she was collecting a debt that i had
with visa. She said that i could settle
for 762.90 which was three payments of
254.30. I agreed because i'm trying to
clear up my credit. She also told me that
when she get the final payment she would
mail me something saying it was settled
for the above amount.

I received a letter agreeing to the terms
we made. After they received the first payment
i got the same letter and i called but ms. Isabell
was not there any longer and i spoke to ms. Victoria
carter who told me that the initial balance is always on
the letters that they send out and that after they receive

My last payment they would send out the letter saying
that i paid the amount that we agreed on to settle.

The three payments was for end of august, september
and october. Here it is now the end of december and
the number is disconnected and i have no way of
getting in touch with anyone.

I go on internet and find out that this same company has
been ripping people off for a while now.

Something needs to be done. I took the money out of may
daughter's account for schooling and i would like to get my money returned back to me!!!
