I recently experienced WAMU (William Wiggins) to get a refinance on my existing house and current mortgage with WAMU. Following a month of concerns and numbers we found an arrangement to send an apraissal organization (LSI) @ 5.00.

After 14 days I finanly got an Email from Beginning Jaeger within the loans division informing me my home was apraised for only $328,000.00 and also the price wasn't large enough to refinance. And so I was refused the mortgage. I named to document a criticism concerning the apraissal plus they called me to LSI who all WAMUis apraisals. They demonstrated no report of the apraisal actually being completed! However they refused me about the worth of my house? I recently visited CountryWide and also the home was appreciated at $352,000.00 and my mortgage experienced and shut with-in fourteen days. The apraiser for WAMU did not take-but five minutes and under-valued my house, which it wound up charging me more income to get a minute apraisal and my refinance was a bit more monthly then WAMU. Makes me surprise after being truly a faithful client together, never delayed on funds. How they are able to arrived at the final outcome off one apraisal that the home is not worth replacing through them. I named to protest about it with no one is going to do something about this. Bill Wiggins and Dawn Jaeger wont actually recognize my Emails for them or reply the calls from me!!
