WAMU - Chase
Escrow Increase 90.00 per month

I called WaMU/Chase for an explanation of why my mortgage payment went up 90.00 per month. Usually it was 20.00 or so because of taxes. Etc. Now it is 90.00 plus. So if 20.00 is a tax increase, what is the other 70.00 for? Insurance did not go up 70.00. When I contacted them all I got was it was a shortage, it was a shortage, nothing else. It does not make sense. When I was with WaMU, I had no problem with this. It just seems that they are trying any way they can to make money off the little guy. The also are charging me over 8% interest, and won't refinance cause the properties value went down. And my interest rate is due to reset in Feb. 2010.. I can hear the laughter clearly... I wanted to tell them where to go, but what is the use, talking to money grubbing thieves, who prey on the little folk, is useless... So, I will pay and keep my mouth shut, and hope that somewhere, and sometime in the future they will get what is coming to them... Wdp
