I borrowed my house with a main and extra mortgage from Washington Mutual. Following the lack of my work, I really could no further pay the mortgage repayments.in the place of risking a foreclosure, I came across a customer and started a fast shut on my home. At signing, I recognized that WaMu charged an overall total of $21,394 in prepayment fines, that was not a thing that I had been made aware preceding. I'm left without any money to hire or buy another house. Is there something which I'm lacking in attempting to the $21,000, that's truly mine...
