Appraisal Cancelled by Lender but Money Kept and No Copy Sent

I filled out a application with Quicken Loans to refinance and cash out equity, what a nightmare! They told me to pay for a appraisal because I got the loan, that was a lie... The appraiser came, did his job and left.

Days went by without a phone call from quicken loans, so I called them, asked them what my home appraised for, they said the appraiser wrote no value for your home and we are looking in to it.

Days went by, so we called the appraiser and told him what quicken loans said, and he said they are liars. He told us quicken loans called him and said cancel the appraisal, and quicken loans kept my money. I tried calling them about my money and a copy of my appraisal that I paid for and never got, but I get no response!!! When I do get a hold of someone they tell me we are looking in to it, we will contact you in 48 hours. They have told me this 7 times!!!
