GC Collection Agency
Declared themselves as part of the Federal Government and will garnish my disability checks if i dont agree to their changes

GC Collection Agency contacted me and set up a payment plan to pay back my student loan! Being disabled and on disability checks they set up a payment plan called the WD Ford payment! Where as i pay $5.00 a month due by the 15th of each month!
For the past few months ive been making these payments and on time! Now they have called and a guy named Sergual told me that they are going to make an increase in my payments and if i dont comply they will garnish my Disability checks and he claimed that their Agency was part of the federal Government and i had better work with them or else!
What do i do?
