Late Fees Still Demanded After Paying Account in Full

I notified Citibank that I was angry and would close my account. I paid the account in full. They continue to try to collect fees for no charges, in the amount of $430.00 now.

In addition, they did not credit $50.00 in returned merchandise. After I notified them in writing, I tested the account, and it was still open.

As of the 2/26 due date, the amount is $436.33 for overdraft and late fees. I get robotic computer printouts and cannot reach a real supervisor to ask why.
