Charged Interest and Late Fees After Paying Account Online

I paid off both the Citibank accounts I had online. One was no problem. On the other, I am being charged interest and late fees for not paying the interest on the account that was settled in full online. This is now the third month they are doing this, now up to $65.65, even though I called as soon as this first happened and was told the account would be cleared.

When it was not cleared and I called again on the next added fee and billing, I was again told it would be cleared. I just got a third bill for the amount shown. I need help. This is not about $65.00. It is about the fact that Citibank showed the full amount owed online, I paid that amount in full, and yet they keep billing and adding fees.
