Not so easy. No customer service

I paid for easy-to-build to help me build a website. It takes MINIMUM 2 days for a customer service representative to ASK you about your problem, much less get back to you. You can forget about speaking to anyone... There is no contact number. This is useless for those in business who can't afford to have a site down for days at a time.
