Repeated calls looking for my sister who does not live here

I have had several calls from this company looking for my sister. I have told them several times that she does not live here and cannot be reached here. Just recently, when Jesus called, I happened to pick up my phone just as my answering machine picked up. I told him that I had told him before that my sister does not live here. I also told him that this time it was being recorded and not to call again. He said okay. He still keeps calling and leaves messages on my machine if I am not home when he calls. Isn't there a way to sue someone who is harassing you when you have told them to stop?
