Ripoff

I have had several calls from this company looking for my sister. I have told them several times that she does not live here and cannot be reached here. Just recently when Jesus' called I happened to pick up my phone just as my answering machine picked up. I told him that I had told him before that my sister does not live here. I, also, told him that this time it was being recorded and not to call again. He said okay. He still keeps calling and leaves messages on my machine if I am not home when he calls. Isn't there a way to sue someone that is harrassing you when you have told them to stop?
