Harassing Telephone Calls That Won't Stop FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S DEBT ripoff

I am continuing to receive daily telephone calls from "Mr. Thompson" or "Mrs. Thompson" at 1-866-569-8956 regarding someone who does not live in my household. Although I have told these people numerous times that they are calling someone who does not live in my home, they continue to call and leave messages on my answering machine. Further, they will NOT identify the creditor they are collecting for or mail or put anything in writing that will identify who and what they are collecting for or provide an address so that they can be contacted by letter. Are there other people in Alabama who are receiving harassing calls from these people???
