Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing - refuse refunds

I signed up for a trial offer on stockproinvestorskit.com, which was a 14 day trial. If you had not cancelled by the end of the 14 day trial period, they were to charge your credit card $49.95. When I called StockPro on the 13th day to cancel, they had already charged my credit card.

I was assured they would refund my money due to error on their part. After 6 phone calls, and 1 1/2 months, along with a complaint to the BBB-NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Their customer service is a JOKE and the people are THIEVES.
