This online credit monitoring will rip you off! Free trial period is NOT free

As all credit report companies offer, I signed up for their "free" trial period so I could simply check mine and my husbands credit score and then cancel the "free" trial. Well, I was charged $20. I called and they said I purchased their credit monitering. I CERTAINLY DID NOT! Why on this earth would I pay, when I signed up for their "free" trial.

All credit score/monitering websites will ask for your credit card number incase you would like to pay for more "service" or in case you do not cancel the free trial in time, they will charge you. I signed up for a free trial, canceled it the next day, and found out I was charged.

I spoke with Heather, very poor customer service! She REFUSED to refund my money. I told her I DID NOT purchase from them, she insisted I did. NO customer satisfaction. Do not use this company, I have used many credit monitering websites to check my credit score. I use their free tial periods. This one is the only one that has ripped me off. Plus, thier scoring was not accurate at the least bit.
