Chris, Shaphan Ray, Tammy ripoff, dragging feet for a client Tempe

Im reporting that Im a Real Estate broker in Wichita Kansas, and have a client that has been working with Chase for purchasing a new home.

My advise people is to avoid this Company, Ive never seen a Company avoid calling and update clients as well as Brokers so much as this one. Ive now for two days and actually longer than that have asked a Shaphan Ray, mortage person Tammy, and a supervisor named Christoper Purcell to contact me do to the fact they informed my clients on 09/18/06 that they are not able to make the close date of 09/26/06, not only that but they couldnt really giver a answer to when they could close.

Dont they understand that if you miss your date of close unless its agreed to by both parties there is no longer a contract and it can be considered a breech. All of the people mentioned Ive called at least 3-4 times each I have given them my personal cell number. But I have yet to hear of them. I even sent my Business card via fax for all my contact info.

The only people I have managed to speak to are a few CSRs which keep telling me that they would call which none have.By the way the CSRs where friendly. The reason Im trying to contact them is to help speed up any process for my clients so the home they are trying to buy thru Chase wont sell to another person because Chase just informed us less than 8 days before close they need to check out some other credit items, yet the appraiser was out and finished last week.

I hope that someone will see this and spare themselves from buying thru Chase for a home there really are some good companys that do call you back when you call the first time.
