Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

Sometime in June I applied for a payday cash advance. It took all my personal information which included my ss#, company paydays, bank information. I was only looking for what amount I would qualify for.

On my next payday $159.50 was deducated from my bank. I had no idea what or who EDP Reporting was. I immediately filed a report with my bank. When I finally did contact EDP Melissa flatly refused to give me a refund. When I investigated I was told that the 3 day refund period had elasped. They were very rude and nasty after several phone conversations.

I never signed up with this company or was aware that they would take $159.50. I am a single Mom and there is no room to lose that much money. These people knew all my banking information and paydays. They knew when my payday was to get the money. I sent letters and numerous phone calls. They will not give me my money back. I consider this company the lowest of low. They need to be held accountable for their fraud. This is a total ripoff and according to your site a company that has been reported several times to complaint.
