Ripoff

I used to bank at Bank of America for a while. I started to fall a little behind, and would get charged an overdraft fee. When i filled out for their over draft protection, i was denied. When all was said and done I had asked for $1000.00 over draft protection but was denied. So i pulled my money out and they had taken at that point over $3500.00 in over draft fees. Not only would i like my money (or a good portion) back but also would like to see them make it more of a service and not a dis-service.
