First Convenience Bank
First Convenience Bank - Over draft fees and unable to speak to anyone with authority

Miscellaneous

Bank is charging over draft fee for debit while I still had a positive balance. This dominoed the additional over draft fees. The overdraft fee put me in the negative, thus starting additional overdraft fees. I do not remember signing for overdraft fee protection, so I pulled out my contract. I called the branch mgr and asked where would I find my approval for this protection. He said my contract would not show this, only they had this information. He stated it was for Bank Internal Use only. I do not want protection, I do not want them paying my bills, I would rather no if no funds ARE AVAILABLE. I then would know I had no funds in my acct and would stop charging items. This is unethical and this bank never answers their phone and has pages of complaints. I have been charged over $200.00 in overdraft fees when my negative balance was only $4.14. This bank needs to credit these overdraft charges and I will pay what I charged. The bank has authority to do this, but no one will give me the District manager's email or phone number. I have been unemployed for over a year and only just started back to work 1 wk ago today. I can not afford these charges. They are raking me over the coals.
